The story

Depth with purpose.

Voyager is Cousineau’s take on the refined maritime instrument: compact, dimensional and quietly unconventional. A deep forest-green dial sits beneath a sloping chapter ring and domed box sapphire crystal, creating real depth rather than relying on decoration alone.

Polished gunmetal harpoon hands and applied indices catch the light against the textured green surface, while the small-seconds register gives the watch the measured cadence of a traditional marine chronometer.

The 39 mm case is shaped to curve naturally around the wrist, pairing brushed surfaces with polished transitions and a five-link stainless-steel bracelet. Powered by the Swiss Sellita SW260-1 automatic movement and water resistant to 100 meters, Voyager is built as an everyday mechanical watch with the character of an old instrument and the finish of something considerably more modern.

Mainsail

A warmer, more restrained expression of the same maritime design language.

$1,047$947Founding price · first 50 pieces
The story

Warmth, restraint and depth.

Mainsail is Cousineau’s warmer, more restrained expression of the same maritime design language: refined, dimensional and quietly traditional without becoming nostalgic. A warm parchment dial sits inside a deep navy sloping chapter ring beneath a domed box sapphire crystal, creating a layered, instrument-like sense of depth.

Blued harpoon hands and applied bronze indices bring contrast and warmth, while the small-seconds register gives the watch the calm rhythm of an old marine chronometer.

The 39 mm stainless-steel case curves naturally around the wrist, with brushed surfaces, polished transitions and a fine calfskin leather strap that softens the watch without making it feel dressy. Powered by the Swiss Sellita SW260-1 automatic movement and water resistant to 100 meters, Mainsail is designed as an everyday mechanical watch with the elegance of a traditional instrument and the durability to be worn far beyond the dinner table.

Channel Marker

A purpose-built coastal instrument, designed around the rhythm of the water.

$647$547Founding price · first 50 pieces
The story

Made for the rhythm of the water.

Channel Marker is Cousineau’s purpose-built coastal instrument: compact, lightweight and designed around the rhythm of the water rather than the conventions of a traditional dive watch. Its deep navy dial is organised around a dedicated tide display, framed by a clean minute track and housed beneath a domed box sapphire crystal for added depth and distortion at the edge.

The 39 mm case is machined from Grade 2 titanium and treated with a scratch-resistant coating, keeping the watch light on the wrist while preserving the sculpted case geometry and brushed finish. An integrated FKM strap reinforces the instrument character without adding bulk, while the quartz Ronda 4310.D movement provides reliable tide functionality: set it to your local tide and it tracks the cycle.

At just 10.8 mm thick including the crystal, Channel Marker is intentionally slim for a 100-meter water-resistant instrument watch, balancing technical function with the proportions of something meant to be worn every day.

Cousineau Neptune automatic watch showing its raised pale-blue orbital ring and layered dial
In development

Neptune

Neptune replaces conventional hands with a layered mechanical display inspired by an orrery. Separate rotating hour and minute elements move across different planes beneath a domed sapphire crystal, while an eccentric orbital seconds indicator circles the center. The result is unusual without sacrificing legibility: a small mechanical instrument that reveals its function through motion and depth.

Cousineau Outrigger watches in three colorways on retro flat-link bracelets
In development

Outrigger

Outrigger begins with the clarity of a field watch and rebuilds the familiar silhouette as a true three-piece case. A round central body stands proud of a separate lower lug structure, making the sculpted lugs appear to emerge from beneath the watch. Fine machined texture marks the case at the transitions, while the bowl-shaped dial steps from its outer minute track toward a recessed center to create real depth. Finished on a solid retro flat-link bracelet and planned in three colorways, Outrigger is rugged, architectural and unmistakably Cousineau.

Cousineau Papyrus automatic dress watch showing its formed pie-pan dial and finely knurled bezel
In development

Papyrus

Papyrus turns the defining geometry of a mid-century pie-pan dial into the whole point of the watch. Its center remains calm and flat before breaking crisply into a sloping outer plane—a genuinely formed dial, not printed shading—held beneath a box-domed sapphire and framed by a finely knurled bezel. Dark cognac-bronze diamond-cut hands and markers warm the parchment surface without dulling their facets. Slim, tactile and deliberately unshowy, Papyrus feels less like a revival than a lost modern classic.
